Description

The project is about to create a common solution to visualise real-time reports/dashboards based on various events received from trains.

Project goal is to integrate inputs / signals / data coming from the railway network through other client’s services into cloud based data base solution (Azure) and then implement them as a dashboard, once place that will visualise data that will be used for monitoring and predictive maintenance

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance roles.

Knowledge of Software testing and release processes.

Excellent knowledge of quality theory, concepts, tools, methodologies of quality assurance.

Thorough understanding of testing methodologies, including test automation.

Experience with AGILE Methodology.

Experience in Functional Testing (Manual).

SpecFlow and Gherkin 

Test Management Automation Tools (Selenium -BDD).

Experience with Programming Language .NET C#.

Experience with database technology such as Oracle, MySQL etc.

Experience with HTML5, CSS, web services (SOAP and REST), SQL, XML.

Experience with cloud-based web applications

Experience using configuration management tools such as Git and Jira.

Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Upper-Intermediate English or better is preferred.

 

Frequent visits to Client’s office (Copenhagen) will be required

 

Job responsibilities

Develop automated scripts using the existing framework and update framework if required.

Develop automated scripts based on manual test cases and requirements.

Review and analyze requirements, specifications and technical design documents.

Perform testing of UI cloud-based web applications, cover new and existing functionality with automation tests.

Work closely with product owners and developers on requirements clarification.

Design, develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.

Suggest solutions to identified product problems.

Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

Identify, analyze, report and verify issues.

Develop, review and update test documentation.

Participate in release planning activities.

Actively participate in meetings with the customer and the team.

Prepare and present reports and metrics.
