About the company and project:
ZONE3000 is proud to represent its partnership with Namecheap (www.namecheap.com). Namecheap was founded in 2000 on the idea that all people deserve value-priced domains delivered through stellar service. Today Namecheap is a leading ICANN-accredited domain name registrar and web hosting company with over 17 million domains under management.
Our culture is built on the values that we live every day; the way we work, the way we collaborate with our global network of colleagues and the way we relentlessly innovate solutions that meet the emerging needs of our customers.
The Platform Engineering team builds and maintains the core infrastructure layer that powers multiple products and internal services. Our mission is to treat every piece of infrastructure as code β eliminating manual actions, maximizing reproducibility, and enabling teams to ship faster on a reliable, self-service platform.
We operate with an IaC-first mindset: if something can be automated, it must be automated. From cluster provisioning to monitoring rollout to configuration management, every layer is defined in Terraform modules, Puppet manifests, or Kubespray inventories β never as a one-off manual procedure.
Our primary streams include:
- Proxmox PVE β clusters and virtual machines
- Kubernetes β self-hosted clusters provisioned via Kubespray
- VictoriaMetrics β self-hosted monitoring clusters deployed through our custom Terraform module
- Puppet / OpenVox β self-hosted configuration management clusters as Terraform modules with customization
- OCI infrastructure β Kubernetes with Jitsi and related workloads
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with solid, hands-on experience in infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes β someone who is driven to grow, thinks automation-first, and is ready to help us build a platform where manual intervention is the exception, not the rule.
