Requirements

• Possessing 0-1 years of foundational experience in quality assurance, demonstrating a keen interest in software testing methodologies, and a commitment to learning within an enterprise environment.
• This role operates within a flexible work model, allowing for remote collaboration from various locations across Ukraine while fostering team engagement through virtual platforms and occasional on-site meetings as required.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrating a foundational understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and basic testing concepts, eager to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
• Exhibiting basic knowledge of Sonar or similar code quality analysis tools, with a willingness to learn and utilize them for static code analysis and issue identification.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of manual test cases under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
• Support the documentation of test results and identified defects in tracking systems.
• Participate in the review of functional specifications and design documents to understand testing requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to reproduce reported issues and verify bug fixes.
• Help prepare test data and configure test environments for various testing activities.
• Observe and learn best practices in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Contribute under guidance to the creation and maintenance of basic test plans and test scenarios.
• Assist in performing regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain stable after changes.
• Support the analysis of test results to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Learn to utilize basic QA tools, including those for defect tracking and test case management.
