We are looking for our first QA Specialist to help us build a strong QA process from the ground up.
This is not a trainee role. We need someone with real commercial experience who understands how mature QA processes work and can bring best practices into a fast-moving startup team.

Who You Are
- 3–5 years of commercial QA experience
- Strong Middle-level QA Specialist
- Experience working in mature teams or well-structured companies
- Strong manual testing background
- Able to write test cases, QA scenarios, checklists, and documentation independently
- Able to create clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, screenshots, and context
- Able to understand customer reports, validate issues, and clarify what needs to be done
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Bonus If You’ve Worked With
- SaaS, AI products, AdTech, MarTech, CRM, analytics, or reporting platforms
- Data-heavy dashboards, exports, filters, and reports
What You’ll Own
- Manual testing of new web application features
- Regression testing before releases
- Writing QA scenarios, test cases, and test documentation from scratch
- Creating clear bug reports and Jira tickets
- Validating customer-reported issues from Slack/support channels before they go to developers
- Converting customer support feedback into clear, actionable Jira tickets
- Verifying fixes after development is completed
- Participating in sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and release discussions
- Helping the team build a practical QA process from the ground up
