Manual QA Engineer

We are an official Creatio partner and product company. SYNTECH builds and maintains 20+ Marketplace apps (Kanban, Gantt, Calendar, Pivot, Map, HRM, Manufacturing, and more) and delivers complex CRM/ERP implementations for clients across logistics, manufacturing, finance, and HR industries.

Responsibilities

• Test SYNTECH Marketplace products and client implementations on the Creatio platform (Freedom UI and Classic UI)
• Design, write, and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing
• Test REST/SOAP APIs and integrations (Google APIs, payment gateways, ERP) using Postman or similar tools
• Verify business processes, workflows, and data flows in CRM/ERP scenarios
• Reproduce, document, and track bugs in Jira (or equivalent); validate fixes
• Participate in release planning, smoke and sanity testing before deployments
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and PMs throughout the SDLC
• Provide feedback on usability and product quality before Marketplace publication

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing types
• Experience writing test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports
• Hands-on experience testing web applications and REST APIs (Postman / Swagger)
• Basic SQL skills (SELECT, JOIN) for data verification — PostgreSQL or MS SQL
• Understanding of CRM/ERP business logic
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar)
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication skills
• English — B1+

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience testing Creatio (Freedom UI / Classic UI) or similar low-code platforms
• Experience testing business processes and workflow engines
• Familiarity with Marketplace product certification requirements
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) — not required, but a plus
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Performance or load testing exposure
