Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer with strong Azure experience to join a product team building a high-load AI-powered application.

The role requires hands-on engineering skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to solve infrastructure and security challenges in scalable production environments.

Key requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Deep understanding of Azure networking, Entra ID, Managed Identity
• Experience building and supporting scalable queue-based / async processing systems
• CI/CD security practices: vulnerability scanning, dependency management, secure pipelines
• Strong observability experience: logging, tracing, monitoring at scale
• Experience working with Python-based backend environments
• Ability to participate in architecture decisions and infrastructure design
• Experience with high-load production systems

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered products
• Kubernetes / container orchestration experience
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep)
• Experience with security audits or compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve secure Azure infrastructure
• Build and support scalable async processing architecture
• Improve platform observability and incident visibility
• Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with backend and product teams on architecture decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-level infrastructure issues
