Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Role

We need a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of product areas — from architecture to production — and use AI tooling daily to move faster than a traditional engineering team.

This is not a ticket-execution role. You'll work directly with founders and product leadership, influence technical decisions, and see your work running in production within weeks of joining.

We operate at startup pace — decisions get made fast, priorities shift when they need to, and everyone keeps up. Expect a mix of async work and live Zoom calls within the same day, screen sharing, real-time problem solving. We're transparent about using a time tracker — if you're confident in your output, it won't be an issue.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI-powered full-stack products from architecture to production — owning features end-to-end
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and automation systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, and custom prompt workflows
• Develop modern frontend interfaces in React and/or Angular, backed by scalable Python and Node.js services
• Design and maintain APIs, internal tooling, and data pipelines supporting real operational workflows
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GPT workflows) daily to ship faster and at higher quality
• Identify engineering bottlenecks and fix them proactively — without being asked
• Collaborate directly with founders and product leadership to turn concepts into working systems
• Maintain high engineering standards in a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience — shipped real products, not just contributed to them
• Strong command of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular in production
• Direct experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)
• AWS or GCP at production scale — Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure ownership
• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian — our core team communicates in these languages daily
• English C1 — clear communication with international stakeholders
• Operates without micromanagement — you drive your own execution

Strong advantage:

• Startup or scale-up background where you owned outcomes, not tasks
• SaaS or AI-native product experience end-to-end
• DevOps or infrastructure ownership beyond basic deployment
• Product intuition — you think about user impact, not just code
• Systems thinking — you design for scale from the start
