Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, PostgreSQL, Angular)

Role Overview

We are an established EU-based company behind Redilab — a successful SaaS platform for SMBs (similar to Cloudshare, Kogneos). Our product is actively used by clients to deploy IT labs for self-paced or instructor-led training, product demos, and events. The platform operates on a Pay-As-You-Go model with an online pricing calculator.

As our client base continues to grow rapidly, we are scaling our platform. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the technical evolution of our product and ensure a smooth architectural transition to fully distributed microservices.

Tech Stack & Expertise

Backend & Data

• Deep .NET Ecosystem: Expert-level mastery of .NET 10 for building and scaling independent services.
• Database Architecture: Advanced experience with PostgreSQL 18.
• Microservices & Messaging: Proven experience with message brokers, WebSockets.
• Cloud Orchestration & Integrations: Building and maintaining adapters to integrate with clouds: Azure, AWS, GCP. Experience managing billing integrations and emails.

Frontend

• Modern Angular: Mastery of Angular for our UI development.
• Performance: Deep understanding of frontend optimization.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• CI/CD & Networking: Utilizing Artifact Registry and building with cloud-agnostic bash scripts.
• Specific Services: Understanding the principles of WebRTC for handling audio/video streaming for 100+ participants. Working with SSH/VNC/RDP for remote session management.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design for high availability and manage the decoupling of our current core system into fully independent services to handle growing client traffic.
• Team Mentorship: Conduct deep code reviews, establish engineering standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence across the team.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.
• Ownership & Security: Evolve our systems, manage access (IAM) via cloud providers, and ensure overall platform stability and security for our clients.

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Ownership: You take full responsibility for the health of the codebase and the success of our release cycles.
• Communication: Fluent English and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and management.
