Developer — Adalo / Supabase / n8n

I'm looking for an experienced developer for Gymlads.nl, a fitness coaching app built in Adalo. We're close to going live and I need someone who can set up the remaining technical pieces properly and thinks ahead.
 

I'm not just looking for someone to fix a few things. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with the product long-term. After the launch I'm looking for an ongoing collaboration on an hourly basis.
 

Phase 1 — Tasks before go-live:

Task 1: Set up subscription management (RevenueCat + Adalo + Supbase)

Currently the app has a payment page via RevenueCat, but there's no working connection between who pays and the user in Adalo. This needs to be fully set up. Specifically:

• When a user clicks "buy subscription", their user ID must automatically be passed to RevenueCat
• After a successful payment, the subscription must automatically be activated for that specific user in Adalo, without any manual step
• This must work for both purchases via the website and via the app store (iOS/Android)

The end result is that a user pays and immediately has access in the app, fully automatically.

Task 2: Forward onboarding data to Supabase

When a user completes the web onboarding flow, the relevant data must automatically be saved in Supabase. Think user ID, email address and subscription status. This will be set up via n8n or a direct API connection.

Task 3: Add a paywall in Adalo

A paywall needs to be added to the app. Users without an active subscription cannot access the premium content and are automatically redirected to the payment page.

Task 4: Distinguish between website and app store users

The app needs to recognize whether someone is coming from the website or from the app store. Users coming from the website are sent directly to a specific loading screen where the app generates everything automatically. Users coming from the app store go through the normal flow. This must work reliably every session.

Phase 2 — Ongoing collaboration:

After go-live I'm looking for someone for structural further development on an hourly basis. Think new features, improvements and AI integrations. I want someone who thinks ahead, builds things in a way that scales, and stays involved as the product grows.
 

What I'm looking for:

• You've built apps or backends before — show me something you've made, doesn't have to be for a big company
• You understand how API connections, webhooks and databases work and can set them up properly
• You know how to work with AI tools and can set up a proper integration when needed
• You build things with the future in mind, not just to get it done
• You communicate proactively and think along
• Experience with Adalo, Supabase, n8n or RevenueCat is a plus, but not required
