We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SDR who knows how to generate opportunities through outreach, cold emails, cold calls, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential partners, clients, and leads
  • Launch and manage outbound outreach campaigns
  • Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages
  • Conduct cold calls with potential customers and partners
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Build and maintain sales pipelines
  • Follow up with prospects and move deals forward
  • Work with CRM systems and keep data updated
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams
  • Research trucking, logistics, and transportation markets
  • Build long-term relationships with potential clients

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR / Lead Generation / Sales
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience with cold outreach and outbound sales
  • Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
  • Experience writing outreach emails that get replies
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
  • Ability to work with KPIs and outreach metrics
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS or mobile products
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking industry
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Experience working with U.S. market
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
  • Experience closing small-to-mid-size deals
