Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who will build and scale brand collaborations for pleso therapy across key markets.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, communication, and sales execution and focuses on hands-on partnership building — from first outreach to launched campaigns.

🎯 Your Impact Areas

• Initiate and develop strategic brand partnerships across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and the UK
• Own the full partnership cycle: outreach → pitching → meetings → coordination → launch
• Pitch pleso therapy as a valuable partner and propose win-win collaboration ideas
• Launch joint initiatives: promo codes, cross-promotions, email swaps, loyalty program placements, social collaborations
• Coordinate internally with content, design, marketing, and product teams
• Structure and prioritize the partnerships pipeline (testing new formats, scaling successful ones)
• Align partnership initiatives with leadership and brand strategy

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• 1+ year of experience in partnerships, communications, PR, brand collaborations, business development, or sales
• Strong B2B communication skills — confident in outreach, calls, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Ability to work independently and push initiatives forward
• Clear understanding of how value-driven brand partnerships work
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations in parallel
• Familiarity with digital collaboration formats (social media, email campaigns, promo codes, loyalty programs)
• English — Upper-Intermediate / C1 level
• Polish language (native or conversational) is a strong plus

🧩 Recruitment process for this position:

1. Introductory call (45 minutes). A get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
2. Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
3. Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with our CMO to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
4. Final interview. A strategic conversation with CEO.
5. Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
6. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
