DevOps Engineer

We are looking for DevOps Engineer by the reason of expantion of our internal platform and scaling infrastructure to support a growing number of high-load microservices-based products. This role is opened to strengthen our DevOps capabilities, improve system reliability, optimize infrastructure costs, and support both existing and new Kubernetes environments across cloud and on-premise setups.

Our product is a high-load gaming platform built on a microservices architecture. Infrastructure includes Kubernetes clusters in GCP and on-premise environments, with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices already in place. The team consists of 20+ engineers. The goal is to scale the platform further, improve stability, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Cloud Build, ArgoCD);
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (GCP and on-premise);
• Improve system observability (monitoring, logging, alerting);
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems;
• Optimize cloud and infrastructure costs;
• Support infrastructure automation using Terraform;
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve delivery processes;

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure fast incident resolution (SRE practices).

   

Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience at least for 3 years;
• Must have tech.skills: GCP, Kubernetes (production experience), Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Cloud Build, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Linux, Networking fundamentals;
• Very nice to have skills: Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), Logging systems (ELK / Loki), OpenTelemetry, Helm, GitOps practices, experience with high-load systems, and on-premise infrastructure experience;
• Problem-solving, ownership mindset, strong communication, ability to work in a distributed team, proactive approach, reliability engineering mindset

• English lvl: B1-B2.
