Operations and Partnerships Coordinator Warsaw

to $1500

Job Description

This is not “just an assistant” role.
This is a role for someone who wants to be close to real business, see how things work from the inside, and take part in processes that actually move a company forward.

We are not looking for a perfect CV.
We are looking for a strong, energetic, organized person who wants to be in the middle of real action: communication, partnerships, coordination, operational decisions, new processes, and everyday execution.

If you are interested in more than just “doing tasks,” and want to work close to founders, learn fast, get involved in real business processes, and grow quickly — this role can be a very strong opportunity.

About us

We are a group of companies working across travel, fintech, mobile apps, and AI.
We move fast, test new directions, launch new processes, and build many things in parallel.

We are not a corporate environment where every day looks the same.
There is a lot of real business, real movement, and real responsibility here — and a lot of room for someone who wants not just to “be part of a team,” but to actually influence how things work.

What you will do

  • handle first-touch communication with potential partners, especially in fintech and business development
  • join intro calls, capture key points, next steps, and help move conversations forward
  • keep external communication organized: follow-ups, agreements, next steps, and internal handovers
  • help founders stay on top of tasks, decisions, processes, and important operational matters
  • take part in shaping the team’s office environment in Warsaw: searching for spaces, reviewing options, and helping move decisions forward
  • help cover practical office and team needs: space, setup, infrastructure, and coordination
  • be part of turning speed, chaos, and many moving pieces into an organized process that keeps moving

In short:
this is a role for someone who wants to be very close to the real day-to-day life of a company, not somewhere on the side.

Who we are looking for

We do not necessarily need someone with a lot of experience.
We need someone with energy, a good head, and strong internal drive.

This role is a good fit for someone who:

  • learns quickly
  • does not get lost in new tasks
  • enjoys communication, coordination, and a fast pace
  • can stay organized and get things done
  • wants to be closer to business, founders, and real execution

For example, this could be someone with a background in law, international relations, management, business, or a similar field.
It can also be someone who has organized events, coordinated people, led university initiatives, worked in student organizations, or simply knows how to take responsibility and make things happen.

What we need

  • high level of English
  • ability to work full-time offline in Warsaw
  • confidence in communication
  • strong organization and follow-up
  • ability to switch quickly between different types of tasks
  • independence and willingness to figure things out
  • strong energy, involvement, and ambition to grow

Big plus

  • experience in student organizations, events, debates, university projects, or volunteer initiatives
  • experience coordinating people, processes, or communication
  • experience in business development, operations, support, or similar roles
  • experience in a fast-moving environment
