Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

You will:

Build and launch production full-stack features powering AI-driven healthcare communication

 Design scalable backend services and APIs in Node.js / TypeScript

 Build polished, intuitive user experiences in React

Work with PostgreSQL and distributed backend systems

Integrate with:

• EHR systems
• Legacy healthcare platforms
• Voice / telephony systems

• LLM-powered workflows

   

   Improve:

• reliability
• performance
• observability
• scalability
• developer tooling

Collaborate closely with:

• product
• design
• customers
• senior engineers

Participate in:

• architecture discussions
• code reviews
• technical decision making
• engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

• 2–6 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience shipping production software
• Experience building products from 0 → 1
• Strong coding fundamentals
• Production experience with:
  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • PostgreSQL
• Strong API / systems design skills
• Product-minded engineering approach
• Good UI / UX intuition
• CS degree or strong equivalent technical background

Strong Bonus Points

Experience with:

• LLMs / AI agents
• Voice / telephony infrastructure (Twilio, SIP, WebRTC, etc.)
• Event-driven systems
• Real-time communication
• AWS / cloud infrastructure
• Workflow orchestration
• Healthcare integrations / EHRs / HL7 / FHIR
