Sales/Acquisition manager

We are top Roblox Venture Studio. We scout, acquire and boost promising Roblox projects.  
 

We are looking for an SDR with strong English skills whose main responsibility will be establishing initial contact with game developers and game studios.
 

What you will be doing:

• Working with our search tools to identify promising games.
• Reaching out and negotiating with game owners and studios. Most communication happens via Discord and other messengers.

• Creating group chats with our Acquisition team. The number of chats with qualified games is your key success metric.

  
  
  What we expect from you:

• English level C1 — excellent written communication skills and an understanding of Gen Z slang.
• Sales experience — ideally in chat-based sales rather than voice calls.
• Understanding of Gen Z cultural code and the ability to quickly build rapport.
