Senior Front-End Engineer

E-Memory is a Legacy Tech startup on a mission to preserve the digital soul. We transform fragmented social media archives into permanent, AI-narrated family legacies. The backend is ready; the data is waiting. We now need a Frontend Architect to build the window into these memories.

We are in a "Zero-to-One" phase. We need someone who finds joy in building things from the ground up and understands that perfection is the enemy of the shipped.

• Rapid Prototyping: The ability to translate a vision into a functional, high-fidelity Next.js interface quickly.
• Pragmatic Excellence: Knowing where to use robust libraries to accelerate development and where to write custom code for core performance.
• Autonomy: You will own the frontend roadmap. We value engineers who bring solutions, not just code.
   

Technical Requirements
 

• Next.js Mastery: Deep expertise in App Router, Server Components, and advanced caching.
• Performance-First Mindset: Experience handling media-heavy applications (optimizing large image/video galleries for mobile).
• Refined UI/UX: A strong eye for detail using Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion. The interface must feel "living" and respectful.
• PWA Expertise: Ensuring "Phygital Portals" (QR-triggered) load instantly, even in low-connectivity areas.
