Our client is an international technology company developing a multi-SaaS solution for infrastructure management and DevOps processes. The company serves over 100 clients worldwide, including some of the largest global corporations across various industries. Their product is focused on delivering high reliability, scalability, and security for infrastructure, as well as improving developer experience and automating CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud environment management.

The engineering team consists of around 30 specialists and managers distributed across different countries, including Israel, Dubai, Eastern Europe, Africa, and more. All teams operate in a unified global format, without strict location-based divisions. Special emphasis is placed on building modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MongoDB) and implementing best practices in DevOps and SRE.

The company values proactivity, independence, the ability to work in a multicultural environment, and adaptability to the fast-paced changes typical of startup culture. Modern tools and approaches are used in daily work, including the active use of AI tools to increase efficiency.
The project is focused on developing and supporting a platform that helps clients automate and optimize infrastructure management processes, integrate new services, and scale their solutions.

Key Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of experience in software or platform engineering in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ideally within a startup or high-growth company;
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and microservices;
🔹 Deep understanding of observability tooling and practices, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK stack);
🔹 Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling;
🔹 Solid experience with distributed databases and data stores (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic);
🔹 Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures, zero-downtime deployments, and cost-efficient infrastructure design;
🔹 Excellent collaboration and communication skills - comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams;
🔹 Security and compliance awareness in cloud environments;
🔹 Background in operating high-availability systems or SaaS platforms;
🔹 Significant development experience with the following: Python, Go;
🔹 English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:
🔹 Build and contribute to a platform engineering team focused on scalable infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and developer experience;
🔹 Drive the evolution of CI/CD processes, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable delivery pipelines;
🔹 Champion observability standards and tooling to ensure system visibility and resilience;
🔹 Collaborate closely with product, security, and development teams to support scalable
🔹 Multi-tenant architecture and operational efficiency;
🔹 Contribute to initiatives around infrastructure cost optimization, performance tuning and high availability;
🔹 Stay current with infrastructure trends and bring best practices into the teamʼs workflows.

Interview stages:

🔹 Interview with VP Engineering (45 minute);
