Senior Counsel

Scope of work

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal agreements (including token-related and commercial contracts)
• Provide legal opinions on specific transactions and contractual setups
• Support structuring of entities and flows in BVI and other relevant jurisdictions
• Communicate with regulators and external legal advisors when required
• Ensure compliance with applicable securities and crypto regulations
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience working with BVI entities and legal frameworks
• Background in crypto, fintech, or structured finance
• Experience interacting with regulators or supervisory authorities
• Strong contract review and drafting skills
• Ability to deliver clear and pragmatic legal opinions
• Fluent English (B2+ or higher), both written and spoken

Engagement model

• Initial phase: hourly (timesheet-based)
• Long-term: potential transition to monthly retainer
