About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our RnD department. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of services across multiple internal systems. This is a great opportunity to work on high-load projects, improve reliability, and contribute to scalable architecture solutions.

Requirements

 

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including creating and maintaining Helm charts.
  • Deep understanding of Docker and Docker Compose, experience building service images.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and DigitalOcean.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with database setup and clustering (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux administration.
  • Experience deploying and supporting PHP applications (php-fpm, Roadrunner).
  • Experience configuring and optimizing web servers (Nginx, Traefik) and working with Cloudflare.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging stack: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
  • Scripting skills for automation (Python, Bash).

 

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with EKS or managed Kubernetes services.
  • Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps approaches.
  • Experience designing and maintaining High Availability architectures.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the company’s infrastructure and DevOps processes.
  • Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of services.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Organize and improve backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment and infrastructure workflows.
  • Participate in planning and designing system architecture and environments.
