As we move into 2026, our focus is on the evolution of our Product Stewardship and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) platform. This project aims to transform massive, verified environmental datasets into actionable intelligence through a high-performance, cloud-native ecosystem. We are not just building software; we are building the “intelligence layer” for the planet’s sustainability, enabling companies to automate their product carbon footprints and scale their environmental impact analysis in real-time.

Requirements:

The Team Leader is technically responsible for the team’s velocity, health, and the successful delivery of features like the “User Adviser” or “Form Control Migrations.”

Expected Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years of experience managing or leading a squad (4–7 engineers).

Tech Stack Focus:

Full-stack: .NET 8 and React (strong hands-on capability).

Database: MS SQL Server expert (optimizing stored procedures and complex query performance).

Cloud: Azure or AWS

Detailed Requirements:

Delivery Excellence: Expert at managing Agile/Scrum ceremonies and unblocking developers to maintain a pace of 15+ merged PRs per month.

Code Reviewer: Highly critical eye for PRs involving project configuration, typings, and performance-heavy components (e.g., virtualized lists/tables).

AI: AI-assisted development orchestration, provide technical guidance on agent improvement

Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to coach mid-level engineers through complex tasks like “HttpClient migrations” or “Expression system cleanups.”

Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as the “Technical Voice” for the team when communicating with Product Managers and ESG consultants.

Job responsibilities

The Team Lead will manage a high-velocity development squad, maintaining a “Delivery Pace” similar to the 15–26 PRs/month benchmark. You will balance hands-on development with people management, ensuring that sprint goals for modules like Dashboard, Translation Systems, and Business Packages are met with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Oversee the sprint cycle, ensuring the team maintains a steady “Delivery Pace” and manages “Peak Month” workloads effectively.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews for critical PRs, focusing on project configuration, typings, and test coverage.
• Mentorship: Guide developers through complex migrations (e.g., Form Controls, HttpClient) and troubleshoot iOS build fixes or expression system cleanups.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management to finalize controls for the “User Adviser” and “Navigation Bar” components.

   

Additional responsibilities:

• Partner directly with customers to design, co-develop, debug, and deploy AI agents and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on agent improvement, performance tuning, and production readiness to the home team
