DevOps Engineer 

Maintain and improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability, supporting a production-grade fintech application.

Project Context: Fintech product (payments / financial platform)

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Automation
  • Build and maintain pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Automate testing and deployment workflows
  • Ensure smooth, low-risk releases
• Cloud Infrastructure
  • Manage cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Support environment provisioning and scaling
• Containerization & Deployment
  • Build and manage Docker containers
  • Deploy and maintain Kubernetes workloads
  • Handle rollouts, scaling, and service updates
• Monitoring & Reliability
  • Set up monitoring and alerting (Datadog)
  • Troubleshoot production issues
  • Support incident response and recovery
• Basic Security Practices
  • Manage secrets securely (env vars, secret managers)
  • Apply standard access controls (IAM roles, permissions)
  • Follow secure deployment practices

Required Skills:

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Docker
• Exposure to Kubernetes
• Scripting in Python, or similar
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working on fintech, software products, or high-traffic platforms
• Familiarity with high-availability systems
• Basic awareness of security and data sensitivity in apps
