This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate the product and develop high-quality automated tests. You will work with a Python-based automation framework and have the opportunity to influence its architecture. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of testing theory, strong analytical skills, and experience working in an international environment.

We also expect our new colleague to be a responsible and communicative team player. As a QA Engineer, you will be involved in a variety of testing activities, including, but not limited to, test planning and development, bug reporting and verification, test framework extension, and test reporting.

Job Description

Basic qualification

• 3+ years of experience in test development and automation using Python
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Linux application testing (user space) and command-line environment
• Experience in creating technical documentation
• Advanced written and spoken English for active client-facing communication
   

Will be a plus

• Background in working with hardware simulators/emulators or virtual test environments (GNS3)
• ISTQB certification
