Sales Manager (US Market)

Asabix is an IT company that has been developing CRM/ERP systems, AI solutions, B2B portals, and eCommerce platforms for businesses in the US and Europe since 2017.
We already have live projects with US-based clients that are actively used in their day-to-day operations. This means you wonβt be starting from scratch in sales β youβll have real cases to build trust and close deals faster.
We work both on custom development (outsourcing) and on our own products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US;
- Build and maintain a network with decision-makers;
- Run discovery calls and present our services;
- Identify business needs and shape solutions together with the technical team;
- Prepare commercial proposals;
- Manage deals from first contact to contract signing;
- Work with CRM (lead tracking, deal stages, pipeline management);
Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and business events in the US as an additional acquisition channel.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B IT sales;
- Experience working with US clients or a solid understanding of the US market;
- Strong spoken and written English;
- Ability to generate leads independently and build a pipeline;
- Understanding of selling custom development and digital products;
Experience working with CRM systems.
