Why This Role Matters

As our product portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an additional QA Engineer to join our Platform Team. In this role, you will help ensure that our core application services maintain the high level of quality our customers expect.
 

The Platform Team works on highly technical domains, including core backend services, APIs, and database‑driven functionality. This role is therefore well‑suited for a QA professional with a strong technical mindset who enjoys working beyond purely UI‑driven testing.

Your Role at a Glance

What you will practice

• Conduct functional, integration, and acceptance testing for new features, bug fixes, and other changes across the platform.
• Perform exploratory testing in complex areas with limited documentation, and actively contribute to improving or creating missing documentation.
• Execute regression tests during release cycles and analyze test results to identify quality risks.
• Investigate issues across UI, APIs, logs, and the data layer to create precise, actionable bug reports in JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Support to analyze and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans using Xray for JIRA.
• Leverage AI‑based tools and techniques to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.

Your Experience and Skills

We are looking for someone who brings:
 

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a QA or software testing role.
• Solid experience in testing web applications.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• A strong technical mindset with interest in platform‑level functionality rather than only UI testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTTP, JSON, REST, and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools and browser developer tools.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in a distributed, remote‑first team.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B platforms, or technically complex enterprise products is a strong plus.
