.NET Team Lead – Fintech Trading Platform (U.S. Market)

We are looking for a .NET Team Lead to help design and build high-performance backend services for a real-time trading platform. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams (Mobile, Web, QA) to translate business requirements into scalable backend architecture. The role requires strong experience in real-time data processing, distributed systems, and financial platforms.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define backend architecture

Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend services in C#/.NET

Build and maintain RESTful APIs

Implement real-time streaming solutions using SignalR and WebSockets (server and client side)

Integrate with relational (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL (Redis) databases

Work with message brokers (Azure Service Bus, Redis Streams) for reliable asynchronous communication

Write automated unit and integration tests

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery

Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with OWASP standards

Support development, deployment, and monitoring of Azure-based applications

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of backend development experience with C#/.NET

Strong knowledge of .NET ecosystem and Entity Framework Core

Experience building RESTful APIs

Solid experience with MS SQL Server and Redis

Hands-on experience with SignalR and WebSockets for real-time streaming

Experience with Azure Service Bus and async communication patterns

Experience developing and deploying Azure-based applications

Strong understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP)

Test-driven development mindset (xUnit or similar frameworks)

Deep understanding of trading or financial systems, including real-time processing and distributed architectures

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

Experience building US-regulated fintech or trading platforms (SEC/CFTC exposure)

Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance

Experience with Grafana, Angular, Azure DevOps

Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to AI/ML tools to enhance development workflows

Agile mindset and startup experience
