Fullstack Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who loves building end-to-end product experiences and wants to grow with a fast-moving, high-impact team. If you’re product-minded, enjoy ownership, and learn by shipping, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features (frontend + backend), from discovery to production
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering to craft polished user experiences
• Design and improve scalable, reliable APIs and services
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to strong engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing
• Experiment with new tools and AI-powered workflows, iterating based on real-world feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack engineering (preferably at a VC-backed company)
• Technical undergraduate degree
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Node.js / TypeScript
  • React / Next.js
• Strong product mindset and user empathy
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, OpenSearch, Temporal
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry

• Base Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 USD
