We're IG Talents - a young recruiting agency focused exclusively on iGaming. We help companies hire from Junior to C-level: operators, platforms, game providers, and the whole iGaming ecosystem.

We are looking for a strong Head of Sales manager.


As Head of Sales, you will own the entire Lead-to-FTD conversion engine of the company.
Your core mission is to turn incoming leads into first-time deposits efficiently and at scale by building, managing, and optimizing sales call center operations (internal and outsourced).

You will sit at the intersection of marketing, call centers, CRM, analytics, and payments, ensuring speed-to-lead, high conversion rates, disciplined execution, and predictable unit economics.

This role is critical for the company success and among those bringing the highest business impact.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Own end-to-end Lead โ†’ FTD conversion across all channels (paid media, affiliates, IBs, in-app)
  • Be fully accountable for FTD volume, conversion rate, CAC efficiency, and sales productivity
  • Build and continuously optimize the first-line sales funnel
  • Manage internal and outsourced call centers (quality, operational metrics, SLAs, capacity)
  • Own sales pipelines in CRM (stages, routing, automation)
  • Ensure clean handoff from sales โ†’ retention/account management
  • Be responsible for key metrics (Speed-to-Lead, Contact rate, Lead โ†’ FTD %, conversion, FTD cost)
  • Partner with Marketing, Payments, and Retention 
  • Build, manage, and develop the team with a performance-driven sales culture
     

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within CFD/Forex/fintech/iGaming/high-velocity B2C
  • Proven experience managing call centers (internal and/or outsourced)
  • Strong hands-on understanding of lead funnels, conversion mechanics, and sales process
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and cohort data
  • Deep hands-on experience working with callcenter technical stack (telephony services, autodialing systems, AI-based quality control platforms, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of main callcenter operational metrics and ways to manage them
  • English level โ€” B2+ (Spanish language proficiency is a plus)
