Finance manager/ Chief Accountant

BENAUR LLC is an international company developing innovative offline entertainment projects across the U.S. and Europe. We are currently seeking a Finance manager to manage the company’s accounting operations, support financial reporting, and coordinate with tax consultants and external advisors.

This is a remote position with collaboration across an international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the U.S. company
• Maintain and oversee bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare financial reports, including P&L and Cash Flow reporting
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and accounting documentation
• Monitor expenses, budgeting, and financial performance
• Support management reporting across multiple entities within the group
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors regarding tax reporting
• Review, improve, and optimize accounting workflows
• Support transparent and efficient financial processes for management

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Proven experience as an Accountant or Chief Accountant
• Practical experience with QuickBooks Online, including bank feeds, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and multi-sheet data management
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of U.S. accounting and taxation, including LLC / S-Corporation structures
• Experience with Ukrainian FOP accounting (Group 2 and 3 simplified taxation preferred)
• Experience in management accounting, including reporting for multiple entities and presenting financial results to ownership
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured approach to work
• Ability to manage ad hoc tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a multi-tasking environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team

Nice to Have

• Experience: International tax planning and optimization (EU, USA)  and international business model optimization.
