Account Manager
We’re looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and drive growth.
You’ll be the main point of contact for 6-8 clients, building strong relationships, ensuring smooth delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
What you’ll do:
— Manage the full client lifecycle: ongoing partnership, business reviews
— Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure quality delivery and resolve risks early
— Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account revenue growth
— Track satisfaction metrics, gather feedback, and act on it
— Build Reenbit’s credibility through case studies, references, and strategic account planning
What we’re looking for:
— 2 - 4 years in account management, sales, or customer success (B2B tech)
— Experience managing 6-8 accounts simultaneously
— Background in IT outsourcing
— CRM proficiency; comfort with metrics and revenue tracking
— Excellent communication skills
— Upper Intermediate English or higher
