We are currently looking for a strong Python Developer to join and strengthen our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving architectural decisions and setting the technical direction
• Designing and developing scalable, high-load Python services
• Participating in technical solution design: decomposition, estimation, risk analysis, and implementation approaches
• Ensuring development quality: code reviews, architecture reviews, and maintaining technical standards
• Evolving engineering practices within the team: testing, documentation, release processes
• Improving service stability and performance in collaboration with DevOps and QA
• Supporting and enhancing CI/CD processes
• Mentoring engineers: supporting growth, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge
• Participating in hiring: candidate evaluation, interviews, and final recommendations
• Solving complex technical challenges and addressing systemic issues across projects

What We Expect From You

• 6+ years of commercial Python development experience
• A hands-on leadership mindset with active involvement in coding
• Strong expertise with web frameworks such as FastAPI and SQLAlchemy
• Experience designing and building scalable, high-load systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including MVCC, indexing, and locking mechanisms
• Experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles: Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, SOLID
• Ability to define and enforce technical standards within a team
