Lead Generation Specialist / Data Researcher

At Natural Links, we help businesses scale online visibility through technical SEO, content marketing, crowd marketing, and link building. We’re looking for someone who can find the right companies and contacts - and keep data clean and accurate.

What you’ll do

• Collect and update conference leads in real time
• Research companies and decision-makers (SEO / digital marketing)
• Build and segment lead lists
• Source contacts via LinkedIn, websites, and databases
• Verify and enrich data
• Prepare lists for SDR outreach
• Keep CRM clean and structured
• Track lead quality and improve research
• Use AI tools to speed up workflows

What we expect

• 1+ year in lead generation or data research
• Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase, or similar
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
• Conference lead gen experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• English B1+

Nice to have

• SEO / link building knowledge
• Experience in affiliate, iGaming, crypto, or forex
