Sales Representative – AI Automation / Agentic Solutions

We’re looking for a proactive, driven sales professional who enjoys outbound, building their own pipeline, and closing high-value deals. If you’re comfortable working with decision-makers and selling solutions (not just features) — this role will fit you well.
What you’ll be doing
● Own outbound sales from first touch to close
● Identify and target high-value B2B prospects
● Run cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) and book meetings with decision-makers
● Position AI/automation solutions as a clear business advantage
● Translate product capabilities into business value
● Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales cycle
● Maintain pipeline and take ownership of your numbers
● Work closely with founders to refine messaging and sales strategy
Who we’re looking for
● 2+ years of B2B sales experience (outbound focus)
● Confident in cold outreach and communication with decision-makers
● Experience with US or EU markets (strong plus)
● Background in SaaS / AI / automation / high-value services (nice to have)
● Strong ownership mindset and result ориентація
● Fast, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
