Head of VIP (iGaming)

We are a product company in the iGaming industry, looking for a Head of VIP who will take ownership of developing one of our key business направленияs.
This role involves both strategic and operational leadership with a direct impact on core business metrics.
 

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the VIP strategy
• Manage operational processes and teams
• Drive and monitor key performance metrics
• Build and optimize VIP funnels and retention mechanics
• Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions
• Forecast and plan performance indicators
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
   

💫 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong experience working with metrics
• Experience building or contributing to strategy
• Solid understanding of the VIP segment and high-value customers
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
