Middle Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js + AI)

CrunchCode — міжнародна сервісна ІТ-компанія з досвідом близько 7 років у розробці вебсервісів і вебзастосунків. Ми працюємо у форматах staff augmentation (outstaff) та outsourcing і підключаємо спеціалістів до проєктів клієнтів у довгостроковій моделі співпраці.

Ми працюємо переважно з проєктами в доменах логістики (включно з last mile),e-commerce, fintech та банкінгу, а також enterprise-рішеннями.
Для нас важливо, щоб проєкт був “чистим” і зрозумілим з точки зору етики та цінності для користувачів.

Ми принципово не беремо проєкти, пов’язані з:
● gambling / гемблінгом,
● adult-контентом та порнографією,
● шахрайством або будь-якою розробкою, що спрямована на обман чи маніпуляції.

Tech Stack:
React, Node.js, AWS, CI/CD, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Python (to be a plus)

Project Overview:
New product development integrated into an existing client solution. The team will build cloud-based and AI-driven features using modern full-stack and generative AI tooling. The project is long-term with no fixed end date — continuation based on team performance. 

Requirements (Must-have):
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience (React + Node.js)
- English B2+
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI coding tools — required (3–6 months minimum with Claude Code or similar)
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based development
- Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced, AI-driven product environment
- Prior experience working collaboratively as part of a team with a similar stack

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end solutions using React and Node.js
- Build cloud-based and AI-driven features on AWS infrastructure
- Leverage Generative AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) daily to enhance development efficiency
- Implement CI/CD practices and maintain code quality standards
- Ensure scalability, security, and high performance of applications
- Collaborate within a cohesive team with shared tech stack and culture

Nice to Have:
- Python experience (strong plus, especially for the third role)
- Data analysis / Data Science background (for Tech Lead / Data Specialist role)
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and cloud-based analytics
- Experience building agentic or LLM-integrated systems
