We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing existing clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the client base.

 

Key Requirements:
β€’ Experience in managing a client portfolio with a focus on retention and growth, including increasing LTV and implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies
β€’ Ability to build long-term partnerships and work with clients at the C-level
β€’ Client development mindset with the ability to turn services into a competitive advantage for partners
β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client performance, volumes, and propose effective solutions
β€’ High level of customer ориСнтація, empathy, and ability to build trust
β€’ Focus on client retention and revenue growth from the existing client base
β€’ Languages: Hungarian β€” C1 (fluent), English β€” B2+. Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, but not mandatory.

 

Main Responsibilities:
β€’ Relationship management: building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients
β€’ Client development: identifying new client needs and expanding cooperation through upsell and cross-sell
β€’ Contract renewal: ensuring timely renewal of existing agreements
β€’ Issue resolution: proactively addressing client requests and issues, coordinating with internal teams
β€’ Customer satisfaction: monitoring satisfaction levels, collecting feedback, and driving improvements
β€’ Needs analysis: analyzing client business needs and adapting company solutions accordingly
β€’ CRM management: maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data, interaction history, and opportunities in CRM
β€’ Reporting: preparing regular reports on client portfolio performance and results
β€’ Strategic planning: developing and implementing individual growth plans for key clients

Financial Compensation: Income consists of a fixed salary and a bonus system based on KPI fulfillment and economic standards.

 

Cooperation Model: Full-time employment (probationary period β€” 3 months).

 

Reporting Structure: Direct reporting to the Sales Director NPE (commerce and strategy) and the local Country Manager (operations).
