• Write and polish technical docs like System Design Documents (SDD).
• Work with engineers to turn “dev-speak” into clear, structured manuals.
• Keep all internal and external guides accurate and up to date.
• Research how our tools work to explain them clearly to others.
• Handle routine editing to ensure everything meets high quality standards.
