IT Infrastructure Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader to head the Enterprise team—one of the most dynamic and interesting groups within our Infrastructure division.

This role requires a managerial mindset paired with deep technical expertise to oversee a diverse global team and manage a wide array of enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud services.

What You’ll Do:
 

• Provide strong team leadership, active mentoring, and cultural alignment across a global footprint.
• Manage and support multiple complex technologies and infrastructure pipelines simultaneously.
• Measure and drive team performance by setting clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the adaptability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Core Services & Technologies Managed: 
 

• Microsoft Services: Active Directory, SSO, Certificate Authority, MS Exchange, SCCM.
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS / GCP / Azure / Oracle.
• Storage & Disaster Recovery: Rubrik, CTERA, SharePoint, and others.
• Build Infrastructure: Artifactory, Git, TeamCity, SVN.
• Automation: Various internal automation services and pipelines.

What We’re Looking For:
 

• At least 1–3 years of experience in team leadership.
• Strong experience operating in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of Version Control Systems, Artifact Management, and overall CI/CD architecture.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Optional (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
 

• Deep, specialized Microsoft skill set (Active Directory, CA, Exchange).
• Scripting or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
