Senior Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript/React/Next.js/Node)
We are Artelo, a rapidly growing print on demand platform with our own manufacturing. We have seen ~10x YoY growth and are profitable. We have never raised and don’t plan to. We have a very large roadmap and are looking for a very senior developer who can join our team with buy-in and help us grow even further.
Over the past few years we have downsized our team to get rid of junior devs as code output is no longer the bottle neck in the age of AI. Producing high quality work to minimize review iteration as well as being good at code review is now the most important part of being an engineer on our team. We are looking for someone with a high level of ownership who can discern good code from bad code.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have 6+ years of experience. PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT
- You have robust experience building a large project (personal or through work) where you were responsible for 50%+ of the project
Tech:
- React/Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind + shadcn/ui
- Drizzle ORM
- Bun
- AWS Lambda
Compensation (aside from salary):
- Post-Q4 performance bonus
- 2 weeks PTO
