What youβll actually do:
β Own and drive integrations of Vaults / Vaults-as-a-Service solutions with partners
β Coordinate between internal team and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
β Close partnerships that are already in late-stage conversations
β Communicate with LPs (capital allocators) and pitch our strategy
β Drive deals to final commitment (structure, terms, follow-ups)
β Work directly with the COO as a right hand
β Take ownership of BD and partnerships tasks end-to-end
β Help turn early-stage chaos into scalable structure
Who you are:
β You know how to convert a warm pipeline into committed capital
β Comfortable operating without predefined processes
β You create structure instead of waiting for it
β Able to quickly understand complex products and pitch them at an investor level
Requirements:
β English: C1+ (C2 strongly preferred)
β Experience in crypto / Web3
β Experience working with LPs / investors / funds
β Solid understanding of financial products (asset management is a strong plus)
β Strong communication and negotiation skills
Nice to have:
β Experience in hedge funds or crypto funds
β Deal structuring experience
β Existing network (LPs, funds, allocators)
