GTM Engineer (Outbound Systems & Growth Automation)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly technical and growth-minded GTM Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable outbound engines. This role sits at the intersection of growth, sales, and engineering—focused on creating multichannel systems that drive pipeline through intelligent automation and high-quality data.

You’ll be responsible for architecting outbound workflows across LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms, leveraging data, signals, and modern tooling to reach the right prospects at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale multichannel outbound systems (LinkedIn, email, messaging platforms)
  • Design automated workflows for prospecting, sequencing, and follow-ups
  • Develop data pipelines using web scraping and enrichment tools
  • Identify and integrate high-quality buying signals into outbound campaigns
  • Optimize deliverability, personalization, and conversion rates across channels
  • Experiment with new tools, channels, and automation strategies to improve performance
  • Collaborate with sales and growth teams to align outbound efforts with GTM strategy

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and scaling outbound engines across multiple channels
  • Strong experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment and signal-based prospecting
  • Proficiency with tools like Clay (or similar platforms) for workflow automation and enrichment
  • Solid understanding of outbound infrastructure (domains, inboxes, deliverability, sequencing)
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on testing, iteration, and performance optimization

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools like Claude for outbound personalization and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with alternative enrichment and automation tools beyond Clay
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in B2B environments
