GTM Engineer (Revenue/Automation Systems)

Role Overview
This is a technical, builder-first role at the intersection of GTM, data, and automation.
Not a campaign manager.
A systems builder.
You’ll own the GTM system end-to-end — from data pipelines and enrichment to outbound automation and CRM workflows.
What You’ll Own
- GTM infrastructure (tools, data, automation, workflows)
- Outbound system: sourcing → enrichment → outreach → CRM
- ICP targeting logic and segmentation
- Automation pipelines for prospecting and outreach
- Experimentation and funnel optimization
Data quality, integrations, and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, outbound tools)
- Create scalable workflows for sourcing, enrichment, and outreach
- Connect tools and ensure clean data flows
- Automate processes using no-code/low-code tools and APIs
- Build and optimize outbound engines (email, LinkedIn, sequencing)
- Run experiments and improve funnel performance
Track pipeline and campaign performance
Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth, RevOps, or Marketing Ops
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience building automation workflows and data pipelines
- Understanding of ICP, segmentation, and targeting logic
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows
Experience with AI tools for GTM is a plus
