Data Analyst (HR Data / Data Lake)

Requirements:
• Strong experience in data modeling (logical & physical) with scalable design
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
• Familiarity with AWS data services in a cloud environment
• Experience working with HR data and/or Workday structures
• Understanding of semantic layers and data governance practices
• Ability to translate business needs into structured data models
• Strong knowledge of data quality, validation, and compliance

Nice to have:
• Experience with Workday API integrations
• Background in HR data transformation projects
• Exposure to AI-driven data solutions or automation workflows
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Data / AI / HR)

• Location: Remote (with 4h overlap with New York)
• Duration: 3–6 months
