We are looking for an AI / Automation Specialist who thinks in processes and can turn business needs into scalable automation solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience with AI (ChatGPT / Claude) — must have
• 1–3 years of experience in automation (no-code / low-code)
• Hands-on experience with n8n / Zapier / Make
• Experience with CRM integrations (Pipedrive / HubSpot) via API
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Self-driven and proactive mindset
Nice to have:
• Experience in home services / US market
• Background in IT or project management
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize business processes (CRM, operations, marketing)
• Build automation workflows (n8n / Zapier / Make)
• Automate sales processes: lead handling, follow-ups, missed calls to SMS
• Sync leads from multiple channels into CRM
• Work with AI (API, prompts, use cases)
• Configure and improve CRM processes
• Document workflows and collaborate with freelancers on complex tasks
