About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop B2B sales in the Polish market. This is a highly autonomous role focused on building pipeline, generating leads, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop B2B sales in the Polish market
- Generate new leads (cold outreach)
- Manage full sales cycle (from first contact to closing)
- Conduct online and offline meetings
- Build and maintain your own lead database
- Work with CRM (Pipedrive) and outreach tools
- Run LinkedIn campaigns and A/B tests
Trial period goals
- 1+ closed deal
- 5+ offline meetings
- 50+ new leads generated
Requirements
- 2โ3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience with cold sales
- Polish โ fluent (required)
- English โ intermediate+
- Experience managing full sales cycle
Nice to have
- Experience in vending / hardware / SaaS
- Experience with Polish market
- Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Expandi, Reply, Skylead
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
