About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop B2B sales in the Polish market. This is a highly autonomous role focused on building pipeline, generating leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B sales in the Polish market
  • Generate new leads (cold outreach)
  • Manage full sales cycle (from first contact to closing)
  • Conduct online and offline meetings
  • Build and maintain your own lead database
  • Work with CRM (Pipedrive) and outreach tools
  • Run LinkedIn campaigns and A/B tests

Trial period goals

  • 1+ closed deal
  • 5+ offline meetings
  • 50+ new leads generated

Requirements

  • 2โ€“3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with cold sales
  • Polish โ€” fluent (required)
  • English โ€” intermediate+
  • Experience managing full sales cycle

Nice to have

  • Experience in vending / hardware / SaaS
  • Experience with Polish market
  • Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Expandi, Reply, Skylead
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
