Full Stack WordPress Developer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack WordPress Developer who understands the WP ecosystem deeply and can deliver high-quality, performant websites. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom themes and building digital experiences that meet our clients' diverse needs. We craft sites using a mix of modern page builders and custom-coded solutions. If you enjoy working with boilerplate code and are proficient in transforming complex designs into responsive blocks, you’ll find plenty of room to grow here.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Development: Build high-quality corporate websites and eCommerce solutions using various page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Oxygen) and Gutenberg.
• Custom Solutions: Develop custom WordPress themes and blocks from scratch, ensuring seamless integration with ACF.
• Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Transform Figma layouts into clean, responsive code (both for individual components and full-scale themes).
• Optimization & SEO: Maintain and optimize websites to ensure top-tier Google PageSpeed scores and implement technical SEO best practices for better search engine visibility.
• Collaboration: Estimate project timelines, engage in technical communication with clients, and follow internal documentation and boilerplates.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Deep understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript.
• Proficient in transforming complex Figma layouts into reusable, responsive blocks and scalable digital experiences using a mix of custom code and modern page builders.
• Strong experience in customizing ACF for Gutenberg (creating custom blocks and flexible content structures).
• Practical experience with OOP, REST API, and version control via Git/SSH.
• Ability to write well-documented code and follow technical specifications strictly.
• Intermediate (or higher) English for effective verbal and written collaboration.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in using AI-powered IDEs (e.g., Cursor, Google Antigravity) to optimize coding speed and quality.
• Knowledge of Apache and Nginx server technologies.
