We are looking for a strong Head of Sales who can lead the team, build a high-performing sales system, and help the company grow to the next level.
 

Portraithy.com is an international e-commerce company with 10+ years of experience. We create premium custom oil paintings for customers worldwide and are actively scaling.

Role Entry Model

First 6 Months:

The Head of Sales will deeply dive into the sales process:

• personally handle sales conversations
• communicate with customers
• understand the funnel from the inside
• identify weak points and lost opportunities
• actively manage the team
• teach by personal example

We believe the best sales leader understands the process in practice, not only through reports.
 

After 6 Months:

Main focus shifts to:

• full team leadership
• department scaling
• increasing conversion rates
• KPI management and analytics
• motivating the sales team
• consistent revenue growth
   

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Managers and Account Managers
• Analyze sales funnel performance
• Improve team productivity
• Train and develop team members
• Build sales processes and standards
• Ensure high-quality customer experience
• Drive revenue growth through systems and people
