We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager for our client, one of Ukraine's leading product IT companies and a market leader in its niche.
As the company actively scales into international markets, we need a professional who excels at turning chaos into structure and is ready to take full ownership of transformational projects that impact thousands of employees.

Why this role is open:
The company is currently undergoing a stage of rapid growth and transitioning to a new management model. Previously, strategic projects were managed directly by the CHRO. We are now seeking a "right hand" for the CHRO โ€” a dedicated PM driver who will take charge of complex, cross-functional HR initiatives and ensure their successful execution.

Key Qualifications for This Role:

  • at least 4-6 years of experience in Project Management with cross-functional projects
  • deep understanding of business processes and metrics, with essential expertise in HR workflows.
  • experience in operations or transformation projects
  • strong stakeholder management, the ability to conduct negotiations, and build effective communication
  • a high level of structured thinking, proactivity, and ownership
  • English level - B1+
     

Your core focus:

  • managing large-scale HR and business projects from initiation to completion with a focus on strategic outcomes
  • building detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources, risks)
    mapping and optimizing processes to eliminate bottlenecks
  • coordinating Business, Operations, Finance, HR and Tech functions within projects
  • integrating HR approaches into projects and improving team collaboration
  • preparing regular reporting and communicating with top management
  • identifying risks in a timely manner and mitigating them
  • building and developing project management standards and HR best practices in HR.

Hiring Process:

  1. HR Screening call (20 min).
  2. Introductory interview with the CHRO (30 min).
  3. Final in-office interview (1 hour) with the CHRO and IT PM Lead to discuss project management tools and approaches.
