Product analyst

PSV Game Studio is an international product company that creates and develops an ecosystem in the field of mobile gaming.

Our portfolio includes successful casual mobile games enjoyed by millions of users around the world every day.

In addition to games, we are actively developing our own mediation platform, CAS.AI, which is already integrated into dozens of apps and provides stable monetization for developers.

We are now strengthening our team and looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about games and will help us make data-driven decisions.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Racing, Casual, Hyper-casual, Kids Games

• Platforms: Mobile, Android

   

Responsibilities

• Analyze product audiences and uncover data-driven insights.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve the product.
• Define requirements for data collection, processing, and aggregation.
• Design and run A/B tests (sample size calculation, timelines, effect size estimation, key metrics definition, and user group allocation logic).
• Create and maintain product analytics documentation.
• Participate in all stages of product feature ideation and development.
• Automate routine analytical tasks within the team.

• Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, marketing, user acquisition, and the mediation team.

   

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in a product company (experience in gamedev or mobile applications is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Firebase (required).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to forecast and analyze key metrics, calculate ROI, ARPU, LTV, and similar KPIs.
• Experience defining and tracking product and game metrics, as well as running A/B tests.

• Solid understanding of basic mathematical statistics.
