What You’ll Be Doing

● Working closely with VIP players to ensure retention, reactivation, and upselling.
● Conducting communication through calls, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
● Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to calls and deposits.
● Managing and nurturing a player pool using CRM tools.
● Tracking and reporting on individual KPI performance monthly.
