Recruitment Delivery Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Manager to take ownership of team performance, quality, and delivery excellence within our Recruitment function.
This role is not about closing vacancies yourself, itβs about making sure the team consistently delivers results.
You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment, focusing on people performance, team efficiency, and execution quality, ensuring predictable and scalable hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own individual and team performance of recruiters
- Drive quality of delivery across all hiring processes
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching
- Identify gaps and develop team capabilities (skills, seniority, specialization)
- Ensure strong account management standards in recruiter- client communication
- Monitor pipelines and identify risks early, escalate when needed
- Manage workload distribution
- Support a culture of accountability, speed, and high standards
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of recruiters
Required Competence and Skills:
- 5+ years in IT recruitment
- 1β2+ years in a team lead / manager role
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting in tech
- Proven track record of driving team performance and results
- Experience working with multiple clients / stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients together with recruiters
- Step in on challenging roles or situations to align with clients and unblock delivery
- Proactively identify delivery risks and propose solutions to clients
- Ability to manage high-load, fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and delivery management
- English -upper-intermediate+
